Shipping of Nowa Refurbished goods
Nowa will provide the customer with a preliminary shipping date at the checkout. These dates might vary some due to third party logistics and transport partners.
Shipping zones
Your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout, depending on your delivery address.
No delivery to post office boxes due to restrictions by courier services and credit card scam risks. Sending orders to multiple addresses requires placing an order for each address. No combination is possible, and there will be charges for every order. Extra duties and charges: Please see the ‘Payment & Prices’ section.
While we strive to fulfill orders to as many locations as possible, in rare cases where shipping to your location is prohibitively expensive or logistically infeasible, we reserve the right to cancel your order. If this occurs, we will contact you promptly and issue a full refund.
Uncollected product(s)
No refunding of shipping costs for a failed collection of the product(s).

Delivery Schedule
Although Nowa will try to deliver your product(s) as soon as reasonably practicable, you understand and agree that there may be delays. An estimated time of delivery (ETD) is only an estimate and is subject to change. Nowa does not guarantee that it will be able to ship the product(s) by the estimated date. As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment and/or release of the product(s) is not met, Nowa is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays.
Cancellation period
You, as a buyer, have the right to cancel the order of the product(s) and be refunded in the same currency as paid by contacting support@nowa.life within 14 (fourteen) days after the date of the confirmed order.
Registration
When paying for the product(s), you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and billing information. It is your responsibility that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. Nowa shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information that later becomes outdated. Nowa shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information. You can update your information at any time before your product being shipped by sending an e-mail to sales@nowa.life
